As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Life Enrichment Coach with more than 30 years of experience in behavior modification, I feel very fortunate to walk alongside my clients and supervisees, guiding with empathy, care and compassion. I am grateful to have helped many individuals and couples heal from traumatizing broken bonds resulting from infidelity, childhood issues, and other life challenging experiences. We work together to build or rebuild relationships that are healthy, connected and lasting.

I hold two Master’s degrees, one in Physical Education with Exercise Science Specialty, and a second in Marriage and Family Therapy.  After 10 years in the field of corporate wellness, I returned to school to obtain my MFT, and then received specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and EMDR Level 1 & 2 training.  I continue to expand my learning both clinically and spiritually.

Having spent a number of years traveling across the United States training therapists learning EFT, I am very happy to be settling back home in Connecticut, enjoying connection with my family, clients, and colleagues near and far.
