I entered a master’s program in marriage and family therapy in my late 30’s, setting out to help save marriages, helping people grow and heal.  As I embarked on the fourth, and hopefully final, career of my life, I never imagined it would be the gateway to learning who I truly was, growing and healing into my own Self, into a place of wholeness and peace.

Cliff Jumping Fayetteville, AR

(July 2014) 

This is a very high cliff we are climbing.  We keep going higher.  I wanted to start small.  What am I doing? Peer pressure?  I keep following them, higher and higher. Oh, my goodness! This is REALLY high!!  Yea, uh, NO!!  I am not jumping off this ledge.
